Gladiators

Gladiators are divided into four rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary. Of these, Rare, Epic, and Legendary gladiators are NFTs. Each gladiator has three levels, all starting at level 1 and can be upgraded to level 3.

Depending on the rarity, the cost of leveling up is determined by the evolution of heroes. Depending on the level, the basic characteristics that affect the meta part of the game are determined. Such as the coefficiency of collecting tokens for the victory, and the energy of the character allowing him to take part in battles.

At the start of the game, each player can choose one of the four starting characters of Common rarity. They can also be improved, and upon reaching the 3rd level, they can be minted - turned into an NFT token, which can later be put on the market.

Gladiators Upgrade

To improve the gladiators and increase the level of NFT, boosters are required at the level at which the improvement takes place. That is, to improve the character to the 2nd level, boosters of the second level are required.

The number of required tokens and crystals depends on the rarity and the current level of NFT. The type of crystals required is determined by the deity to which the gladiator belongs. Gladiators with the essence of the Volcano will require fire crystals, etc.

Improvement = 3 types of boosters (different) 1pc each + tokens + crystals

Crystal types for each deity:

  • Aquatic - Neptune

  • Earthy - Terra

  • Fiery - Volcano

  • Lightning - Jupiter

Minting Tokens

Players earn GHON tokens by participating in arena battles.

Having chosen a champion, they go to battle with opponents, depending on the selected game mode. For each victory, the player receives a prize in the form of tokens. The amount of the reward depends on the game mode, the NFT meta characteristic of the hero such as “loot rate” and the booster bonus.

Each character has an energy indicator. To participate in combat, a character must use energy points depending on the cost of the mode in which the player wishes to participate. Energy is determined by the NFT level. Players have the opportunity to use one-time boosters that replenish energy - “Mint Elixir”.

Mastery levels

Each gladiator has internal game levels of "Mastery". Gladiators have 10 in-game levels.

These hero mastery levels unlock alternate costumes, effects, animations, and other decorative elements for the heroes and the player's profile. Levels are unique for each hero and are displayed individually for each.

Skill levels do not affect anything other than visual feedback.

Appearance

The game will have 16 gladiators at the time of launch, divided into 4 deities, with 4 characters in each category. Visual concept for characters, for each deity.

The appearance of gladiators is currently in deep development! Everything shown below can and will be changed. These are character concepts based on which NFT token art and in-game models are created! It is informative in nature.

Skills

Each gladiator has a set of skills. Skills are determined by their historical archetype, equipment, and belonging to a deity.

Skills can be:

  • Cones of different sizes, and ranges, including an increase in range while holding down the button.

  • Releasing character skills in the direction of the cursor

  • A moving zone at a certain distance from the character. Where the player controls the location of the zone at a fixed radius.

  • A moving zone where the player controls the distance from the character to the maximum range of the zone.

  • Skills that change the location of the characters in the direction of the character's movement - leaps, jumps, runs, etc.

The basic attack can be partially automatic - by holding the auto-attack button, they will continue to attack. With a certain radius for close range and a direction for range/mid-range.

Gladiator Characteristics

All gladiators have a set of characteristics that are responsible for the main indicators. All stats are upgraded during combat by leveling up and getting amplifiers from chests.

Basic Features:

  • Health

  • Health regeneration

  • Stamina

  • Stamina regeneration

  • Movement speed

  • Attack speed

  • Attack range

Depending on the deity, the gladiator chooses one characteristic as the main and one as the secondary. They boost a little more than the others, deepening the gladiator's focus.

Starting stats may differ slightly depending on the hero's deity further deepening the hero's direction. (under consideration)
